Vista print has a good variety of things you can print. I find it really handy to be able to print things on short deadlines with them, such as for events. They're spot on with their shipping estimates and it makes it reliable in a pinch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I placed an order June 1st 2022 for 200 phone holder lanyards to sell at my business because we had run out. I have used Vistaprint before to do this with no issue and was happy with the product. Expected delivery date was June 14th. Cool. No delivery so I reached out June 21st and was informed that they were delayed and then assured that they would be in my possession in one week. No delivery. I reached out again Monday June 27th and I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day. No update. I reached out yet again on Tuesday June 28th and I was told they they would get back to me in less than 48 hours. You can probably guess where this is going. No update. Thursday June 30th I reached out for the fourth time to be told that they were out of stock. Seriously? Why was I not told this in the first place? Why was I permitted to order the product if they were out of stock? They apologized and said they will process a refund. I am out a lot of time and money over this and an, "Oops, our bad" isn't good enough. Never again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Options and deals. They are constantly expanding their options -- I was there BEFORE they added promotional items! -- and I'm here for it. And they always have deals and several massive sales.

Hands down, Vistaprint is my go-to place for printable items that I don't want to do at home. Add in that their customer service is top-notch! They do not make it difficult to report issues or have those items replaced or refunded. And you don't even have to send the crap things back. I wish there were a better way to organize my projects. That's my only real gripe. I can't get rid of old designs (if you order them, they keep them in your portfolio), and I can't organize them by business or use. I also wish there was a way to have an address book for when I do work for clients, so I can send it directly to them without having to delete my shipping information first. I have been receiving the promo box and it is just amazing from the perfect designs to the products they send. Things I’ve been wanting to buy anyways but was worried that it wouldn’t work for me. The view of how they are going to turn out isn't always very accurate to the exact cuts that will happen in the end. I had a bit of trouble with the consistent coloration of my stickers from batch to batch of my orders. The business cards also had a few cuts that had extra paper left hanging.
