Print quality is crazy bad. Mismatching colors on pamphlets. 8 different pamphlets ordered with the same color green background. They came back with about 4-5 different colors of green... Then we ordered cups. About 33% of the cups we ordered came in dented. They were nice enough to send replacement orders up until this point. However, when we ordered multiple t-shirts and hoodies, they messed up terribly again and they were not as willing to replace.
