Vistaar SmartRebates is a SaaS solution that enables management of rebates, allowing designated users to create and manage Rebate contracts/programs, calculate claims/rebates and generate/track credit memos for accurate rebate payouts. The solution includes a payment and settlement workflow with embedded analytical insights that provide visibility into accrued rebates at various levels of aggregation. This enables customers to get reimbursed in a timely and accurate fashion and allows businesses to be able to calculate the correct rebates payable to customers, review them via a well-defined workflow and generate credit memos while providing “irrefutable proof” down to the transaction level to their value chain partners.
