"Solid tool for freelancers managing multiple client accounts."
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

I was most impressed by the unified inbox. I manage clients' social media accounts, and switching between Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn used to be time - consuming. Having everything in one place, messages, comments, mentions, really simplifies my day-to-day work. Post scheduling is convenient and easy, without any unnecessary steps. I also tried the automated direct messages feature, which I didn't expect to be useful, but it's actually quite useful for small businesses that can't respond immediately. Setup was quick, and the profiles connected seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

The reporting section could use some work, it gives you the basics but if you want more detailed breakdowns you hit a wall pretty fast. Also some features like geo targeting are locked behind higher plans which is a bit frustrating when you're just testing things out. The mobile experience feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Nothing that's a dealbreaker but there's room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vista Social Makes Multi-Platform Social Management Smooth and Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

What I like most about Vista Social is how it centralizes social media management into one organized, efficient platform. The interface is generally easy to navigate, and the unified inbox makes it straightforward to manage multiple channels in one place. I also appreciate the real-time monitoring for comments and messages, plus the team collaboration tools and approval workflows that help keep everything aligned and coordinated. The DM automation features are useful, and the advanced scheduling and content planning options make it easier to stay consistent over time. Social listening and brand monitoring add another layer of visibility, while the analytics and reporting tools are helpful for understanding what’s working and what isn’t. Overall, the multi-platform integration feels smooth, and customer support has been reliable whenever I’ve needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

What I dislike about Vista Social is that some of the more advanced features can take a while to fully learn and set up, especially for larger teams or more complex workflows. Although the platform is feature-rich, the interface can sometimes feel a bit crowded when I’m trying to handle quick, simple tasks. I also think the reporting section would benefit from a more streamlined summary view, so it’s easier to do fast performance checks. Pricing can get more expensive as you add additional team members, which may be tough for growing teams that need to manage multiple users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

They are always improving and updating, as of today, I don't have any suggestions for improvement because I am already happy with it. The current interface is what works best for me already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Smooth Scheduling, and Time-Saving AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

I really like using Vista Social because the UI is clean and easy to navigate. The scheduling feature works very smoothly, which makes managing post across different platforms much easier. I also like the integration since connecting social media accounts is simple and convenient.

For pricing,I think it offers good value because features included.Their support and onboarding are helpful as well, especially for beginners who are still learning the platform. I also like the AI features because they help make the content creation and scheduling more efficient.

Overall, the platform performs well and helps save time when managing content and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

One thing I dislike about Vista Social is that some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. There are many tools available, so it takes time to fully learn the platform.Sometimes the dashboard can also feel slightly crowded when managing multiple accounts.I think adding a more beginner-friendly onboarding guide and simpliying some navigation areas would improve the overall experience

However, the platform is still very effective and the best, especially for scheduling posts, managing content, and staying organized across different social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Workflow with Helpful Team Members and Reviewer Assignments"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

Personally, I like the workflow it allows to be created in the site. Being able to invite people to work under specific platform using the "Team Member" feature will help in delegating work. Additionally, I like the ability to assign "reviewers" of certain posts in the schedule to make sure that all posts are consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

The features I don't like in Vista Social is mainly the price of $64 for 3 members. My team usually consists of 5 people so the price can be steep if I have to purchase the second tier so that the whole team can use the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A smooth, reliable experience throughout"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

Scheduling & publishing: Being able to plan and push content across all our platforms from a single dashboard has saved us a huge amount of time. The scheduling flow is intuitive, and we rarely run into hiccups when publishing to different networks — it just works.

Analytics & reporting: The reporting features give us a clear picture of what's actually performing, without having to jump between each platform's native analytics. It's made it much easier to spot trends and adjust our content strategy on the fly, and the reports are clean enough to share directly with stakeholders.

Content calendar & collaboration: The shared calendar view has made planning and coordinating with the rest of the team so much smoother. Everyone can see what's scheduled, what's in progress, and what needs approval, which has cut down on a lot of back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

No real complaints: Honestly, we haven't run into any major issues — no significant bugs, no confusing UI moments that slowed us down. It's been a smooth, reliable experience from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features at a great price-point"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

It's essential for me to have software that's easy to navigate and use since I'm always on a time crunch in this industry, and Vista Social is just that. It helps me work faster by keeping me organized, and I can rely on it to support my SMM business. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a big plus, and I really like their built-in DM automation tool so I don't have to create another account on ManyChat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

Honestly, there isn't much I don't like. It has gotten more expensive over the years, but compared to other platforms, like Sprout Social, which runs at hundreds of dollars a month, this is still really affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Complete Social Media Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

What I like best about Vista Social is that it goes way beyond just scheduling posts. The unified inbox has honestly been one of the biggest time savers for me because I can see messages, comments, and mentions from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn in real time without constantly switching platforms.

I’ve also been using the DM Automations feature quite a bit, especially for handling initial responses and FAQs, and it saves a surprising amount of time while still keeping engagement active. Another standout is the Listening feature. Most platforms lock that behind expensive plans, but Vista Social makes it accessible and actually useful for tracking conversations, mentions, and audience sentiment without needing another separate tool.

On top of that, their customer support has been excellent. Fast responses, helpful guidance, and they actually seem invested in solving issues instead of sending generic replies. Overall, it feels like a platform built for people who actively manage social media every day, not just schedule content and leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

Honestly, not much so far. The only thing I’d say is that because Vista Social has a lot of features beyond scheduling, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when setting up more advanced tools like DM automations or social listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vista Social: Feature-Packed, Easy to Use, and Backed by an Amazing Support Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

I was looking for a tool that could handle both the content requirements for my own business as well as manage the process for my clients. On top of this I'm always looking for the best options for my clients to use for their employee advocacy programs. What you get with Vista Social is a competitively priced platform that packs a punch with features. It really does grow with you.

I think the best part though is not the tech. It's the support team. I trialled because two Social Media Managers I knew wouldn't stop raving on about it.

It's easy to use and therefore not going to give you headaches with roll outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

Not being able to use the Connections options unless I'm on the scale plan. That plan is above my requirements but I do need to be able to get my clients to give access so I don't have to log in as them to connect LinkedIn accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Inbox of Vista Social is excellent!"
5/5
What do you like best about Vista Social?

I tried Vista social and I finally found a fix to my on going problem, I cant see to connect my IG and FB through meta but Vista Social made the setup process easy and straightforward. Good customer service! Also, I like the ideal of 1 inbox to all social media channels! The feature that AI suggest the captions tone depending on your content is really advance! I like it a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista Social?

Probably the pricing, its just to pricey for me as an social media agency owner. $79/month is just too pricey, maybe $29/month is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
