I personally liked the calendar feature on Vista Social the most. Being able to see all my posts from each day is very beneficial to me as a social media manager. More importantly, I love how it has the exact time stamp of when the post was made. Most social platforms do not give the time stamp but for data-tracking purposes, most media managers need these stamps. Additionally, being able to schedule posts ahead of time for all of your socials in one central software is quite unique and ideal for anyone looking to boost their online presence. It has features that stand out; the integration which makes it super easy to link with top social media network profiles from a centralized dashboard. With vista social, you can also get detail analytics, which has helped me identify and make necessary improvement. It also provides you with content calendar overview of scheduled posts. Vista Social is well organized and neat making it easy to use and navigate around the app. I really enjoyed having all my messages coming in to one place making sure that I never miss any important communication and the filter really make it easy for me to organize my conversations however I desire. My team an I reall enjoy using the Advocacy Program as it allows our employees to share brand content to their personal social media accounts. The ease of implementation makes it convenient to use the app on a daily basis. Firstly, I use Vista Social on a weekly basis, for all of my scheduling, community management, and analytics reporting. It is one of the best platforms I have used within my professional career. One of the highlights of this platform is its ease of use. The platform is well-structured and its layout is easy to navigate, essentially allowing even beginners to navigate the platform with ease. Bonus: the platform helps you as you go along, explaining each tool and its function if you don't understand. It guides you as you set it up, and provides tutorials for where you need some extra help. Also, the implementation of Vista Social is near seamless, allowing for the platform to be integrated into your existing workflows. I was able to connect all of my social media profiles effortlessly, and they offer quite a range of social media channels to connect to. One thing that I really liked was the fact that it was able to integrate with Canva. This allowed me to create content seamlessly, and completely streamlined my workflow. Lastly, Vista Social has one of the top customer support functions I have experienced. All issues and queries are dealt with exceptionally fast through their live chat and email functions, and all of my queries have been dealt with on that very same day! Vista Social makes it easy to schedule my posts. As someone who has a busy schedule, I find it convenient for me to schedule posts for my different clients at once and not have to worry about missing a deadline. As any Social Media Manager, I face one problem. I have a lot of accounts and different time zone for all clients across America! And to post 1 post to all social networks, I lose a lot of time, and of course the time zone affects it. I looked for different apps and it was Vista Social that seemed more convenient.
What I like about this app is that I can easily see the stats of all accounts. Also, when I send reports to clients, I can quickly take screenshots and see the stats for each post and send quick reports to clients.
Also, I like that I can create a hashtag group for each profile, which is a very convenient option! Before, I also used to spend a lot of time doing this, but now it's very easy when publishing posts, I just choose the right hashtag group. Because I have very different profile topics.

Limitation of 10 pictures per post is not practical and requires manual rework every time after a scheduled post is submitted. The unnecessary restriction is only applied when using the web interface, not when using the mobile app (which has other disadvantages when using), but it makes the web version of the tool practically unusable if you intend to share a lot of visual content. What I like about Vista Social is creating a bunch of profiles where you can group them according to your client's brand, you can also name them according to your will and just easily delete or edit if you need to make some changes to keep everything organized in every brands. Also, I like the fact that you can select countries and timezone easily depending on the brand's target audience per profiles, as a social media manager from the philippines with handling lots of clients from different countries this is so important to me cause I handle different timezones in every brand and I can just directly schedule contents depending on my client's country calendar and timzeone. I also like the part where it has sepereted overview for reviews which is a very big help to monitor this, you can easily check all the reviews and respond easily. I also like the fact that I can run reports and schedule a reports depending on what I want, wether its a social media performance, reviews or task report I love it not all tools offer this amazing kind of features. You can also easily filter all the informations you need to know, wether you need to priority a message, comments or reviews, you can anytime edit the filters you want to see first.
