It is a very easy email management software. It also routes automatically email to the groups.

**What do you dislike about VisNetic MailFlow?**

Should have a free version, customer service should improve.

Yes, I would like to recommend it to others.

**What problems is VisNetic MailFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are accessing the entire email history of any inquiry of the customer. Increasing customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about VisNetic MailFlow?**

 It's easy to understand and learn, you can organize the emails into different categories depending on the source the email is coming from.

**What do you dislike about VisNetic MailFlow?**

I sometimes have to click on an email 2 or 3 times before it opens. The ticket search could be a little easier to use as well as the saved standard responses.

**Recommendations to others considering VisNetic MailFlow:**

I would really recommend this application for those people who is handling bulk emails in their jobs. This the thing what they need to organised their mailing system. 

**What problems is VisNetic MailFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have use this application into my work I find that its okay in-order to organize the mailing system. I think it will be really help to manage bulk emails at a time.
