The PowerPoint import, modification, and export features are pivotal in my work, as they enable me to enhance presentations and translate them into multiple languages efficiently. Others can then modify these enhanced materials as needed, fostering collaboration. I also rely on Visme alongside other tools like iSpring and Canva, but Visme's versatility as a 'Swiss army knife' for multiple functions makes it an indispensable part of my toolkit. I found the initial setup with Visme quite confusing as the layouts and menus required some understanding. The menus were sometimes difficult to find, which made it challenging at first. Additionally, while the embed codes using Javascript work well in most applications, they don't function on the Canvas LMS platform due to its security features that remove Javascript.
