What do you like best about Visitly?

The platform is very easy to use. We are able to customize the badges that we are able to print with our company logo. Set up was very easy and the app that is used on the iPad was user friendly for our guest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

Regarding resizing photos and logos on the badge, this is supported with our advanced badge printing option. If you are on the basic badge printing plan, resizing is not available, but upgrading would give you that flexibility. What do you like best about Visitly?

It's easy to use for our visitors, and the notifications that go to the person that the visitor is here to see are great. Also, from an admin perspective, I am able to see who all is in the building and that's key for safety reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

What do you like best about Visitly?

I like that Visitly is easy to use and aligns well with our tech company's high-tech brand. It provides a nice, easy service right when visitors walk through the door, making it feel professional when they come in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a couple redundant features. Maybe just one. If somebody signs in the first time, they have to take a picture, and then they have to take another picture again after that. Would be nice if there was just a single picture that they had to take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding frequent guests having to retake their photo and re-enter their information, this can be resolved by enabling facial recognition and Visitly Pass, which allow returning visitors to be recognized automatically without having to go through the full sign-in flow again. I don’t like that the Entra ID integration is only available in the Enterprise plan. You can use a tool to sync with Active Directory, but the process isn’t very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the EntraID integration and Active Directory sync, these are available on the Enterprise plan. If upgrading is not an option right now, you can import users in bulk directly from the Users screen as an alternative.

I like that Visitly emails our team members to let them know that they have a visitor waiting. The email notification helps our team members know that there is a visitor in our welcome center.
