**What do you like best about Visitly?**

It's very easy to use and makes visitor check-in quick and organized. I especially appreciate it during events when we have a lot of guests.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Small improvements to the interface could make it even easier to use. Often, it is difficult for visitors to find a 'Sign out' button.

It helps us keep track of visitors and makes the registration process much smoother and more professional.

Visitly was easy to implement on our iPad. The integration specialist was communicative and helpful.

The Slack notifications could benefit from better design and layout. It looks like simple coded lines of text.

Visitly quickly ensures that our visitors are logged in appropriately and the corresponding host(s) is notified. It is also more cost-effective than other competitor systems.

I like the customization of the platform and how simple it is to make changes to our specific uses.

The software to the printer connection can be slow when printing badges. It takes time to type all the info in.

It is our visitor sign-in system that allows for us to not have a direct receptionist.

Regarding slow badge printing, this is usually related to the printer connection and the amount of information being captured during sign-in. You can reduce sign-in time by limiting the fields captured or by setting up pre-registration so visitor details are already in the system before they arrive. Whether it is something basic like visitor check-in and check-out, being a no-touch tool, staff tracking, notification, branding, and many other essentials, there is a full suite of features in Visitly.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Because Visitly is cloud-based and app-driven, it is heavily dependent on the internet and functional hardware. Inadequate internet service or any other form of interruption related to device service yields a poor experience in the visitor management process.

Visitly provides additional security measures, automated watchlist alerts, digital document signing tools, and a visitor tracking tool. This assures the organization of regulatory compliance and mitigation of security risks, ultimately ensuring conformity and safety for users. Visitly allows for real-time tracking of visitor movement across the facility, hence striving to allow staff to know who is within the premises at any given time.

Visitly helps my small post-production company stay compliant with security protocols with clients and bigger studios. It keeps us from needing a front desk receptionist, while making sure or visitor records are complete and easy to access. The user interface is super clean and very easy to use.

It would be nice if the app was a little more customizable.

We can't afford full time reception staff, so visitly allows us to keep a log of all visitors to our facility with self sign-ins and NDA signatures.

It has great integration options and a friendly customer support team. The best part is its user-friendly interface which doesn't require any additional knowledge.

Very complicated implimentation process when integrating with MS Teams. Required many different installations and conversations between my and Visitly IT.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

The main strength of Visitly is that its design and navigation are intuitive and do not require any special knowledge or training for the user. Customer registrcomes unotorously, as it takes only few clicks to process their admission. It also automatically eliminates the challenge of handling paper-based sign-in sheets. It is simple form, having advantage that it is easy both for our personnel and guests.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

When it comes to Visibly's reporting function, only the basics descriptions are conveyed. To be honest, I'm unable to see patterns in the pace at which visitors come in or analyze the data of different departments. Knowing that there is not the information needed to measure the program’s success and pinpoint possible improvements, it is difficult to compare the effectiveness of the program to other programs.

Visitly has simplified our visitor sign-in method, our staff is not scanning the visitor and hence has spare time, and a standardize visitor sign-in has been created. Thus, a more professional environment for our facility has been achieved. This app not only contributes to the management and saving but also it eases our head and gives us a sense of security because of our record of who enters and leaves our building.

Visitly is a user-friendly application that helps users in tracking the visitors of the webpages. It can be easily implemented, users can customize the screen and company logo. Its real-time visitor alert feature has helped in frequently tracking the analytics of the webpage and understanding its growth. Users can also integrate with other media platforms. Customer support responds very quickly incase of any issue.

There is no downside for visitly. everything works good.

The only downside I have of Visitly is the lack of ability to expand the evacuation list to include visitors that have been in the building for more than 24 hours.

Visitly eliminated the need for residents to have a phone call with counselors every time they wanted to leave or enter the building.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

Analytical and data segmenting features of the software is quite interesting and helpful for the users, for tracking teh webpages growth and communication or interaction with the clients.
The most helpful tracking feature is that, in there it allows to track the clients log in time and attempts also. Which makes it easy to track and recognise if the visitor is surfing the webpage for how many times.
HElps users to manage the details of the visitors, and the frontend details of the websites always procurred and tracked properly.
The process of installing and configuring with several other systems and on new devices was so easy. Easy to integrate and connect with multiple projects and social media accounts easily.
Contact recognition and face recognition of the clients or visitor is the best feature.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Not able to fully use the features of the software in the mobile interface, not all the tools are accessible in mobile phones.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most helpful feature this software is offering me in my work is that tracking and recording the web visitors details and actions on the web pages. Tracking the daily routine things happening on the websites.

- Both web interface and i-Pad app are user friendly and easy to use.  UI is configurable and can be modified based on your business use.
- Webhook functionality is a big plus for us, as we will be sending this data downstream for further review and analysis. 
- Support staff is very responsive, courteous and technically savvy.

We would love to see a rich knowledge base in the near future.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

We like the ability to have visitors registor upon entry into our facility, notify who they are there to meet with, and track who is in the building. The facial recognition of return visitors and the ability to "fast-track" the logging in is a great function. Badges are printed out quickly and the ability to modify the messages and greetings by types of visitors from retail guests to vendors is amazing. This is far and above what we have used before. I strongly recommend it for anyone.

There are really no downsides to the software.

Guest registration and tracking of who is in  the facility.

**What do you like best about Visitly?**

We recently signed up for the service. Setup has been super simple and we like the fact that the system expands for additional sites. We also are using the included AD sync, with which we received excellent support to perfect.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

The cost of the custom nametag labels is higher than we anticipated.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printing automatic nametags and managing contact with our employees.

I really liked Visitly's smooth login and onboarding process. Also, they are very quick to response for any issues and provides helpful customer service.

So far everything looks smooth and easy to use.

Intuitive interface for guest check in and easy back end to keep track of guests.

The interface changed and I like the old version better!

We adopted Visitly when COVID hit and it was a great way to have anyone coming into our space review and sign our COVID guidelines. Now, we use it as a way to track visitors.

Visitly is simple and easy to use. It has been great to have at our front desk when visitors come to the office. It helps us keep track of visitors too.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

Nothing in particular comes to mind. We just need it for its basic uses.

We have to have a feature such as this in order to stay compliant with office standards and rules. It helps us keep track of who comes to vist and lets us know when someone is here and there is no one at the front desk.

Visitly is easy to use for both the practitioner and the patient. Great cost and I do not have to have a receptionist.

I have to reload the app every time I turn my iPad on.

Installation was easy. The UI is customizable to include just the fields we want our visitors to enter.

Enterprise pricing should be more straightforward

Face recognition, contactless sign in, price.

**What do you dislike about Visitly?**

No option for contactless sign out, delivery option only goes to one user. tech support is not very responsive.

**What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need a paper sign in sheet. It will be more efficient in an emergency.
