**What do you like best about Visiting Media?**

We absolutely love using Visiting Media's TrueTour platform! The immersive 360-degree virtual tours and interactive visuals have transformed how we showcase our property to potential clients. What we like best is how user-friendly and visually stunning the tool is—it allows our guests to experience our space as if they’re physically here, helping them make informed decisions much faster. TrueTour has become an integral part of our daily marketing and sales strategy, and we can't imagine going without it!

**What do you dislike about Visiting Media?**

Honestly, there’s very little we’d change about Visiting Media’s TrueTour platform. It works seamlessly, and the support has been great. If anything, we’d love to see even more customization options for branding within the tours, but overall, it’s hard to find any downsides!

**What problems is Visiting Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visiting Media is solving the challenge of effectively showcasing our property to potential clients remotely. With their TrueTour platform, we can offer immersive 360-degree virtual tours and interactive experiences that allow guests to explore our space as if they were physically there. This solves the problem of relying solely on static images or descriptions, which don’t capture the full experience.

By using TrueTour, we’ve seen a significant improvement in client engagement and booking decisions. Guests can visualize the space, feel more confident in their choices, and as a result, our sales cycle has become much faster and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Visiting Media?**

The ease of conducting re-shoots, with local photographers available

**What do you dislike about Visiting Media?**

The confusion of the pricing with 3D step ins verses a full scan. We were one of the many hotels that conducted our shoots back in 2021, when we could only get a limited amount of sq. ft. that we could afford. In turn, our hotel floor plan looks incomplete, since we didn't scan the full ballrooms. We would request a re-shoot, however it is difficult to conduct reshoots of our big ballrooms as that takes having ALL our meeting space completely clean and clear, and hard to manage when trying to book business and fill the hotel.

**What problems is Visiting Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual tours of our meeting space when groups cannot come on-site. 
Upselling guest rooms at the front desk by showing a visual side by side comparison of the rooms.

**What do you like best about Visiting Media?**

We’ve been using Visiting Media for a few years now to create virtual tours for our resort, and it has been an incredible tool from the start. Recently, we decided to update our tour and add some new 3-D and 360-degree shots, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The updates have taken our virtual experience to a whole new level, allowing us to showcase our property more vividly than ever before.

The platform continues to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to keep our content fresh and engaging. The new 3-D and 360 elements have given potential guests an even more immersive look at our resort, helping them explore everything from our luxurious rooms to our stunning outdoor areas as if they were really there.

The Visiting Media team has always been a pleasure to work with—prompt, professional, and always ready to offer support or suggestions. Over the years, they’ve helped us stay ahead of the curve in virtual marketing, and our recent updates are no exception.

If you’re looking for a long-term solution to showcase your venue with the latest in virtual tour technology, I highly recommend Visiting Media. It’s been a valuable investment for our resort, and the results speak for themselves!

**What do you dislike about Visiting Media?**

There could have been a better attention to detail with th fist shoot. Small details that could have easily been removed from the shot (such as a laundry cart.) However, the company was happy to reshoot the areas when they came to do additional shots for our property. Easy fix!

**What problems is Visiting Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At times, planners might not be able to physically visit our resort. Other times a certain space may be in use when they are on property. Visiting Media offers our planners an interactive experience in the space they are otherwise unable to explore.

**What do you like best about Visiting Media?**

The 3D virtual tours are often a life saver! Working with clients who are not always local, it is often important to them to provide visual support of what we are selling in our property. The 3D tours beautifully and accurately depict all of our guestrooms, meeting space, and outlets. There is also a feature so that we may personalize the virtual experience to each guest and their needs for what they would need to see.

**What do you dislike about Visiting Media?**

The tool is great, but I think it would be great if we could also include still photos along with the virtual tour of each area we are highlighting.

**What problems is Visiting Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visiting Media is able to show the hotel to those who can't physically see it in person. It is a huge benefit to us to virtually present the hotel in an interactive way.

I had an outstanding experinece with Visting Media - 3D Viertual Tours! It is beautifutlly produce, featuring stunning visuals and an intuitive interface, The informative commentary added depth, making the exploration engaging and enjoyable.

Ensuring the tour works seamesslyy on mobile devices can reach a wider audience.

When clients can't physically site the property the 3D Tours tremendously helps me sell the property to the client,

**What do you like best about Visiting Media?**

Visiting Media has been such agreat asset for our property since we enrolled. It simplifies my sales process by allowing me to show our venue withut clients being actually here. I can't recommend enough!

I do not dislike anything! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the tool!

It allows me to present our venue without having clients present at the hotel. I have booked a lot of non-loal business through these site tours!
