Visionify helps manufacturers and industrial operators prevent incidents before they happen. The platform connects to your existing IP cameras and uses computer vision to monitor work areas around the clock, flagging unsafe behaviors and conditions the moment they occur. No new cameras, no wearables, no change to how people work. What it detects: 10 safety scenarios and 84 detection types cover PPE compliance, mobile phone use, restricted and exclusion zones, blocked exits, lone working, smoke and fire, spills and leaks, and more. Every event is validated by a large language model before it is reported, delivering 95%+ accuracy and far fewer false alarms. How teams use it: Real-time alerts go out by text, WhatsApp, email or Microsoft Teams, with mobile apps for iOS and Android. The Safety Command Center lets EHS teams ask questions in plain English, investigate events, spot spikes and reductions, run SIF and pre-SIF analysis, and generate executive summaries and PowerPoint presentations. Templated reports (daily digest, weekly and monthly summaries, toolbox talks) and breakroom TV displays keep the whole site engaged. An ergonomics assessment app is included. Deployment: Choose cloud SaaS, edge plus cloud with an on-site NVIDIA edge server, or a customer- hosted deployment for enterprise IT requirements. A standard rollout takes four weeks from camera onboarding to go-live. Privacy and security: SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant. No facial recognition and no biometric processing. Results: Customers have seen an 83% reduction in total safety events after one year, 95% sustained PPE compliance, a 40% increase in EHS team productivity and a 15% reduction in insurance premiums.
