What we especially appreciate is that Vision6 has the flexibility and functionality of more technical platforms, but with far less reliance on IT support. This allows our marketing team to operate independently, stay agile, and focus on strategy and creativity rather than getting bogged down in technical hurdles. It is how easy it is to use – the interface is intuitive, and setting up campaigns, automations, and lists doesn’t require specialist technical knowledge. The only improvement we’d like to see is more flexibility in reporting access. It would be great if users with reporting-level permissions could drill down into detailed metrics such as clicks and opens. At present, we’ve had to grant our sales team full access in order for them to view this information. I love how Vision6 enables us to maintain a streamlined and consistent messaging platform, which is incredibly professional. Initially, I found it quite tricky to get a handle on Vision6 as a user. It was especially challenging to get used to the different design modules and to understand how lists were attached to contacts and emails. It seemed like a complicated system initially. Its delayed broadcast function allows me to write articles when I have the time and broadcast them when due. The ability to customise the look and feel of each broadcast is superb. The reporting on multiple factors, opens, bounces and unsubscribes has been invaluable as well as their ability to analyze performance metrics and manage the overall process. Vision6 has been a breeze for those that aren't too tech savvy to easily create an EDM. For some of the more advanced issues, their local support team have guided me through and been a pleasure to deal with.
