I like vision because it can be used with Salesforce. So information flows from Vision to Salesforce. I also like the amount of data it holds, and the various ways you can retrieve said data. **What do you dislike about Vision?** What I like least about Vision is its tendency to perform slow or patchy some times. It doesn't go down often, but it does have its times where it just won't work, or if I'll work really slow. **What problems is Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?** We predominantly for operations. This is our first tool when looking up a client. It can hold a lot of data, so we are able to retrieve info on customers from various locations and departments. ### 2.
