## Visio Reviews
  ### 1. My Visio review.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline L. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

The real-time collaboration feature of Microsoft Visio is well-known for facilitating multiple users to work simultaneously on projects. This enhances productivity and efficiency, while also fostering a collaborative and creative work culture. Additionally, the software's user-friendly interface makes it accessible to individuals with limited experience in diagramming. For those who require group collaboration on their projects, the real-time collaboration feature is especially beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Despite its strengths, Microsoft Visio has some drawbacks. For example, its limited integration with various wireframing programs can be problematic when sharing Visio-created wireframes with non-Visio users. This can be a significant inconvenience for individuals whose work heavily relies on wireframing. Additionally, Visio's compatibility issues with certain web browsers have been a persistent concern, causing difficulty in accessing the software at times.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major problem that Microsoft Visio is solving for my team is the need for real-time collaboration on projects. Visio allows multiple users within my team to work simultaneously, promoting a collaborative work culture and enhancing productivity and efficiency.

The easy to use, templates, properly runs on Browser and variety of templates for various purposes this tool provides. Also the Export and Import features are truely awesome. Its beyond compared to any other similar tool.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

3. Pre - built templates

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Nothing major does what it is supposed to do.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Visio to create process map for clients. We use DocuSign to create workflows and using visio to create our workflow process makes our work easier and we can share this with the client for their approval.

  ### 4. Visio helps users take ideas from the head to the paper

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio helps people visualize concepts in a way that makes it easy to communicate them to others.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Sometimes Visio can be clunky to work with. Fixing some specific things (such as text spacing, or exact placements of items) requires working with object sheets that have rows and rows of numbers with few explanations. If you need to work at that level, Google is your friend.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visio helps me organize thoughts in a way that others can "see" the thought process. In other words, it is a thought communication tool.

  ### 5. Creation of flowchart

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio provides the functionality any engineer need and it is integrated in Native Office 365 which makes it very useful without going for separate software requirement.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Sometime separate License is required to activate it, may not be part of standard Office 365 License.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Erlier we use to make it using 2D software like Autocad etc which requires some dedicated person, but with Vision anyone can make it with out depending on some one else.

  ### 8. Visio: An outstanding diagramming tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia P. | Brand Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio's flexibility is one of its most impressive features. It enables users to customize the diagrams and graphics in several ways, such as adjusting fill colors or line thicknesses and adding titles and arrows that meet their needs. This helps create a professional-looking diagram while remaining highly customizable for individual preference. Additionally, with advanced topics like UML sequence/activity models possible within Visio, Visio can be an excellent tool for charting and documenting complex data flows throughout your project workflows too!

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

One of the things I least enjoy about Visio is its inflexible and cumbersome system for linking elements. The snap-to feature, which should make it easier to attach objects, often needs to improve by forming real connections or forcing rigid angles between them. Additionally, users cannot customize where connector lines hide behind other shapes - they're constantly at a fixed 90-degree angle and remain in front of all images regardless.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visio has provided us with a solution to accurately document the steps of our business processes to create consistency and accessibility throughout the organization.

  ### 9. Visualize outstanding designs with Visio motif creation software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan G. | Operations Technology Analyst / IT Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

I love the versatility of Visio! Its ability to quickly and effectively organize, visualize, and lay out complex projects sets it apart from other software. With its comprehensive templates and shapes, I'm able to enhance my presentation through detailed drawings or documents while being able to use underlying data points similar to excel when mapping out our project goals efficiently - proving time after time why this is such an essential tool within any business' portfolio today! This makes planning more accessible by breaking down complex tasks into smaller components while offering a variety of levels in which these diagrams can be understood.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

The changes Microsoft has made to Visio since its acquisition are incredibly frustrating. It is much slower and heavier than it used to be, with features like automatic snap-to route and object as default settings that can't easily be adjusted. The connectors also attempt to anticipate what you want instead of following the guidelines you set - this makes workflow immensely more tedious than necessary.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Visio to create flowcharts and logic circuits that illustrate the inner workings of my equipment. This helps me demonstrate how to properly operate it and identify where potential troubleshooting needs to happen in case of an emergency.

  ### 10. Awesome Tool for Real experts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav G. | Solution Lead (@Infosys), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Diagramming, Flow Charting capabilities for Process Mapping, Application Architecture design and ability to integrate with other Microsoft products

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Cost, Incompatibility with tools outside Microsoft suite. Relatively difficult to use as suited for real experts resulting in less adoption and collaboration

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Riscjh features for Diagramming, Flow Charting capabilities for Process Mapping, and Application Architecture. Our organization is primarily MS suite friendly thus becomes easy to integrate with other Microsoft products

  ### 11. Easy to use software for creating complex Process Maps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

1. Easy to use.
2. Creating good looking process maps.
3. Good range of shapes and design.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Creating Process maps on web version of Visio is sluggish at times.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Creating process maps for applications that we use like Agiloft, Onit etc.
2. Easy to use and does not require a lot of training to become good at this software.

  ### 12. Excellent Microsoft product for visual diagrams, flow chart, org charts and much more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stewart B. | D, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Ability to create a wide range of highly editable and intuitive diagrams and edit them within the Microsoft suite.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Bundled versions sometimes have limitations on templates and icons. You also have to know the name of the icon you are looking for. Saying an arrow can produce over 100 options.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Embedded diagrams, flow charts, org charts, time lines, diaries; the list is endless with the ability to nest within other MS products ie Word.

  ### 13. The tool is a superb visualization tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preethkumar T. | Senior Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

This tool does a good job of illustrating the end-to-end flow. The illustration is highly vibrant and effectively explains the concept to the target audience.

Visio is a fantastic tool for creating diagrams and visual representations for any business project. The tool may also be used in schools or businesses to illustrate data flows or create block diagrams. For example, the diagrams could be readily exported or imported to other Visio computers. In addition, the utility includes preconfigured blocks that may be dragged and dropped.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Depending on the component, the drag & drop feature might occasionally be a little challenging. The bidirectional arrows do not function as anticipated. However, the schematics are a little challenging to change, and to hover about; one needs to have a solid grasp of the tool. Depending on the component, the drag & drop feature might occasionally be a little challenging. The bidirectional arrows do not function as anticipated. However, the schematics are a little difficult to change, and in order to hover about, one needs to have a solid grasp of the tool.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the numerous instances where team members must collaborate to develop a diagram is during the Project development. The Visio tab allows employees to quickly view the diagrams they are working on and continue to add their own ideas. Visio provides accountability and transparency since it also monitors changes. When managers are aware of who made the modifications specifically, problems are considerably simpler to rectify.

  ### 14. Great tool for drawing flowcharts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Vice President of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Compared to PowerPoint, Visio is much more user-friendly for organizing information. The extensive features make it a better option for more complex diagrams than PowerPoint, which is best suited for simple charts. I like the ability to organize one subgroup differently than another. In addition, the fields and font sizes can be easily adjusted if I must fit more information on the page. The flexibility of shape and flow in Visio has made it a pleasure to use it for flowcharts.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Although Visio has some great features, not all associates have, access to this software. I have found that the best way to get around this problem is to copy my charts into PowerPoint as images. That way, others can quickly view and comment on them. However, since Visio is not very intuitive, training is necessary before using it.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visio is a powerful tool that can be used to create detailed, informative flow charts and models. This software can be especially helpful in manufacturing or programming where visualization of processes, projects or large tasks is necessary.

  ### 15. Microsoft Visio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rupali M. | IoT Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Microsoft visio is the best application for grapics and diagramming representation. This application provide different templates for different purposes like if you want block diagram, organization cart or any basic flowchart which is futher categories are given. Alot of features are given for modification like insert for adding text or iamge. similarly design for adding for colorful graphics themes and connectors.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

This application is very good but for the new user, it consume some time to understand the platform fully. sharing concept can also take alot of time if we have to share the design with big organisation as we have to give access. Opening the application in the mobile is very difficult.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visio is the application which saves alot of time as we can easily add the shapes and connect with the help of connector. We can search the shapes, modify the digram very eaisly and also check the accessibility given. We can add comment if needed. Moreover we can opening the existing digrams and add picture from our desktop and adding the online picture is also possible. This application is best for making notes and especilly for coding student who can create flowchart very quickly.

  ### 16. Used Visio for close to 20 years

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Robust, detailed, flexible diagramming tool. Ideal for building out large documentation projects that require integrated diagrams and flowcharts. I liked the level of control available.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

The lack of cloud features was really the only reason I ended up moving off of Visio. It might be good to include a web native version with pixels as an option for measurement.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an information architect, I used Visio for site maps, architectures, and wireframing as well as process documentation and diagramming. I also use it for floorplans and architectural plans for home renos and other projects.

  ### 18. The easiest way to construct organizational structures and process diagrams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Obada A. | Senior Quality Assurance Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio's templates and ready-made shapes make it easy to create organizational hierarchies and process diagrams. Visio lets you arrange forms, text, and merged images so they're all the same size. I adore how fonts and colors coordinate to create gorgeous paintings. I love that you can copy and paste from MS Word or MS PowerPoint to include organizational structures and charts in reports and presentations. Some organizational structures are so extensive and comprise so many branches that you may need A0 or A1 pages to print, and Visio ensures that they are printed at the right size.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Visio is a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool, and I don't think there are unwanted or difficult things to use, as it's like a drawing tablet and all the tools you need are easily accessible.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We always need to prepare organizational structures and workflow charts in a quick way, and also allow us to modify them when needed easily. Visio has ensured that these operations are done easily and do not need a long time.

  ### 19. Best Charting and Planning Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navis M. | Maximo Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio is basically a MS office so we it has a greater support with MS office tools and support of Microsoft to get updates on all modules of the software and it has a lot of updates on UI to do our work in it to develop charts and diagrams based on our concept and idea to be implemented in future with the developed diagrams using Visio. And it also helps to do the flow charts to trace over the entire operation of our idea with graphical views.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

I expect some more 3D modelling additions in this to improv my view towards my idea using the diagrams what we develop with this visio and on the flowcharts as well to trace and have a realistic view of the entire system what I have in my mind to view as graphical image with this.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

In market we have lot of products to do this diagramming and charting stuffs but I felt a greater support from Microsoft sites and data consistency and user experience at higher grades with this Visio.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using this Visio to develop diagrams of my system and product and parts of it to show off what i have in my mind as idea towards a problem. And it helps me to do the flowcharting as well to show and trace the operation which is going to be happen on the final system.

  ### 20. Microsoft Visio Makes your Diagrams and Processes More Visual

**Reviewed by:** Fernanda M. | Specialist, Non-Profit Organization Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Works on PC or mobile. It is very good for organizing complex ideas visually. It has many ready-made templates, including flowcharts, timelines, floor plans, and other examples. Allows you to add and connect shapes, text, and images to show relationships in data.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

There could be better integration between Visio and other Office 365 tools (like PowerPoint or Word), especially when importing graphics from one to the other.
There is a lack of better documentation on the use of BPMN.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

Visio is a collaborative alternative and easy to use, it is very intuitive.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an easy and agile way to create beautiful process flows, adhering to other Office 365 tools. It has a wide variety of symbols and a simple interface. It can be used in various situations in the professional environment.

**What do you like best about Visio?**

The best thing in this software is its versatility and very economical it also provides so many tool like freeform tool fill tool, pick tool and pointer tool as well as modification of available drawing.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

The only this I don't like is when we import some cad file and if that cad file contains some heavy structure as well as spline then it takes time those spline moves somewhere else.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

Strongly recommend

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve several problems like making flow charts and graphs as well fill tool for fill few things it is also have a tool of importing picture and i think this is beneficial while tracing some figures.

  ### 22. Visionary

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter A. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio is hands-down the most intuitive diagramming software available on the market today. You drag and drop whatever you need onto the workspace and go from there. Or, choose a template and fill in the blanks. Need icons? No problem. Visio comes with hundreds built right in, or you can upload your own and use those. It's a fantastic tool for anyone who needs to create a visual representation of an idea.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

It can be a bit glitchy depending on what browser you use. I wish the arrows would not auto-attach to adjacent objects when clicking on that object, but I am sure that may be a setting I am not seeing.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Visio to map out workflow and processes across the organization. For complex processes, we used the layering functionality, which made the presentation a breeze. It has made documentation of standard operating procedures straightforward.

  ### 23. Visio: Make your plans Visual

Packed with a lot of templates and easy to use menu, Visio is probably the best software to share, explain and develop your ideas. Flow charts, diagrams, plans, etc. You name it and they have it.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Visio is a great application but, like other software, has some limitations, for example, tables and cells cause some problems while resizing or moving. Other than that, Visio is just the software for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

Visio is a great investment and will never let you down. For any kind of process, flowchart, diagram, even office/home decorating can be done under it. It's a very useful software. Trust me: you'll just love it.

The tight integration with the rest of Microsoft's Office suite

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

It would be good to see Visio enhanced to support the design and creation of relational models

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

Visio is a relatively expensive tool, at least the Professional version is, however it integrates really well with the rest of MS Office and supports a large range of file types and is a surprisingly powerful drawing tool. It's not as powerful as Illustrator or CorelDRAW but it's certainly good enough for the normal sort of diagram and illustrations required for documents and presentations.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachid F. | Financial Management Advisor / Conseiller en Gestion Financière, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Visio?**

All features needed to draw a process are available. I work in internal audit. My job includes mapping processes, and this tool has been beneficial. It's also easy to use since it follows the same logic as other Microsoft Office products.
The choices available to build your diagram are tremendous, and you can use built-in icons. The templates are unique and allow you to show a lot of info effortlessly. In essence, you can easily map a complex process using Visio.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Creating links in your diagram using arrows can be tricky at the beginning. It can be overwhelming at first with the number of shapes available. Also, you will need some time to learn how to reshape and resize all the components of the diagram quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

probably the best tool around for building diagrams

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, it's pretty essential to my work. I can summarize complex information relating to processes with a diagram. So, users can intuitively understand the process.
The various shapes and options allow the user to understand the whole data flow. Visio files are a must in every presentation as clients can't waste hours reading documentation when they can easily have access to an overview of the whole process.

  ### 43. Visio Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle B. | Manager of Transport Planning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

The ability to create my vision and build something from scratch. With Visio we are able to layout a schematic of how equipment is connected. This allows the field to use this drawing and connect everything up without the need for additional training. We can be extremely detailed or a simplified drawing. We use Visio for Org Charts also. I feel this tool is much more than an Org Chart. It's use is limitless. Visio is easy to read for a beginner. We use it as a training tool for our interns and all new hires in the Planning, Engineering or Design teams.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

The licensing fees are a little pricey. I would like to see a corporate rate. I realize w/ a company size of over 40K, we don't need everyone w/ a Visio License. Some departments only need to view Visio and don't need to edit. If there was a tiered system that might work for a large corporation.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

We use Visio in Engineering, Planning, Design, and the Field. It is used in over 60% of our departments. Visio is an easy training tool to show how Markets are connected and what equipment we have in a Market. Different teams show how we connect IP to Transport, Transport to Ethernet, Metro to Long Haul. It gives our company a great overview of our Network.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our network is fluid. Visio allows us to make changes to a fiber route, ring diagram etc.. In an instant. It is easy to maintain and update. It allows the Planner/Engineer to be creative and tell a story with their Market Assignments. We are able to use Visio to show how equipment connects together and an entry level field tech can use this drawing and connect everything correcly the first time. We have saved time and money using Visio to it's full potential.

  ### 45. Review Regarding visio software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Visio is the best tool for drafting and drawing of process p&id, BFD and PFD. This software is very much useful for the process engineer to draw a process diagram with equipment like heat exchanger, distillation, vessel, pump, valve and many other instruments inbuilt available which is very helpful for proper drawing of p&id and another sheet.it is very easy to understand and user friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

One thing about Visio software that needs to be an update is we can not share one particular file and also some degree of the interface also needs to be develop.

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

One should try this Visio software who are looking for the software which provides all inbuilt equipment and tag all in one place and also want to develop proper p&id with all equipment and data .

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Visio generally for drawing of p&id, BFD and PFD making for proper understanding of the process and also make new process sheets for better understanding.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GOURI S. | Technical Lead Data Scientist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

The best thing about Visio is almost all kind of shapes are available in the tool, which can be easily used for creating the solution architecture, and it provides the attractive connector between shapes

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

What I dislike about Visio is the UI, it can be improved further, and the Shape design or coloring can be improved; shapes looks very basic.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using the Visio software for showing the Solution or use case architecture, data center diagrams and then exporting the chart to share with clients

  ### 47. Great for creating diagrams, system designs, and process flows.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash P. | ELASP Student Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

I like that you can use the app and collaborate with others. I shared the Visio file on MS Teams, where other folks on my project can work on it simultaneously. I think this option is way easier than creating process flows on PowerPoint or other apps. Another thing I like is that once I create my designs and flows, I can copy and paste them to other third-party apps (for example, MURAL).

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

The saving might seem complicated; if someone has the Visio open on the computer and has it checked out, then you can't edit it.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a hard time sharing the files with others that will collaborate with me. I think using TEAMs has helped that.

  ### 48. Organize your projects professionaly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fadi K. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

The UI is simple and intuitive.
No more pain to create diagrams like in the other apps.
You don’t need the support of a graphic designer to create your models

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

Since Microsoft bought it, I can't get anything to align properly

**Recommendations to others considering Visio:**

This is a potent and valuable tool. You can create all types of diagrams, and I consider it a must-know option

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building project plans on the fly without the need to consult with a company

  ### 49. The first choice for creating charts and flows.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konstantinos V. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Visio?**

Templates - Visios pre-defined templates are one of my favourite aspects of this program. My use of these templates have helped me finish process diagramming projects faster than I would, if I had to create them from scratch.

Drag and Drop design - Visios drag and drop design has allowed me to create diagrams without any special knowledge . With its drag and drop connectors, I get to easily edit pre-defined templates and connect icons without complications.

Export - This is a vital aspect of my Visio experience. Because not everyone has Visio installed on their systems, it is important that I am able to export my charts and diagrams into a different format than the standard Visio format. By being able to convert my finished charts into .png for example, anyone can open and analyze my diagrams without needing any special tool.

**What do you dislike about Visio?**

It took me a while to learn how to resize shapes on Visio. My experience has been a smoother one ever since.

**What problems is Visio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visio is my go-to tool for creating process diagrams and database information flows. The ability to create easy to understand, and professional looking charts and information flows are important benefits, I have derived from using Visio.
