Visier is a great way to combine and aggregate your disparate Workforce data enabling the possiblity of slicing/dicing data not only with different shapes, but also using a variety of tools with which to gain insight. Out of the box, Visier has hundreds of prebuilt analyses which serve as the catalyst for more analyses, deeper dives and wider scopes. Also the Customer Service in all areas of the product have been fantastic. As the product technical lead for my company, I use Visier almost everyday assisting users in many aspects. While the information and pre-made insights are really a great way to get people's attention, the visuals are still very elementary. While I know the data can be connected to Power BI or Tableau, I would rather keep my data in the same environment and have some of the basic graphics available.
