Reporting is not as customizable as you expected, it has available standard metrics which do not fit the needs that your team manager or colleagues may have for a certain time. **Recommendations to others considering Visier:** There are some visier like applications that are pretty decent in functionality and price, one of which is Tableau that performs data analytics and is relatively easy to handle. Visier has no problems with loading long files, however Tableau struggles to load large files which take a considerable amount of time which leads to sudden crashes of the application, something that you do not want to happen in such software that needs to be running without any crashes. **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has brought an improvement in the handling and distribution of data from our employees by making the handling of withholding calculations, bonuses much more accurate and fast. Since visier allows to store long databases of employees and jobs this has been very helpful since it maintains our well-structured system to perform analyses and predictions from the data more efficiently and transparently, the documentation is really a great help since it is written to make it understandable for all kinds of users regardless of their technical level. ### 17.
