It also has tons of pre-built content, metrics, and visualizations and handles time/longitudinal views well. The robust security model is also a great feature. **What do you dislike about Visier?** Not much to complain about or criticize, but if I have to, I'll say the visualizations could be prettier and more configurable (think Tableau or PowerBI). It comes with thoughtful, pre-loaded analysis to get you started but has the flexibility to go down (and back up) any rabbit hole of your choicing. It is very intuitive, quick and nimble. Power users and novice users alike will find that they are able to navigate the system with ease. The visualizations are top notch and provide a variet of ways to tell you story to others. **What do you dislike about Visier?** Visier is set up with various modules - we have not purchased all of them due to costs and sometimes find ourselves bumping up against a need to load / explore data that "technically" falls ito other module. Understand the need for them to bucket and catagorize their modules to address the underlying needs but, in our case, we are focused on the business problem at hand (turnover) and would love to have the abilty to explore other areas without bump up against another SKU. **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** We purchased Visier to help us better understand our turnover. We wanted to go beyond the typical "dashboard" and wanted to peel back the onion to understand the why behind the numbers. Visier provides this capability. Our goal is to predict turnover before it occurs so that we can intervene to prevent it.
