Firstly, I thought the VT documentation was quite approachable. It's been fun to quickly scan my documents and generate compliance data; it's like having an extra set of eyes for all of my docs. The second feature provides users with an eye-catching visual effects formatting and style tool. Moreover, it has a feature called Thread Protection that stops users from accessing or altering content. To provide utmost safety and protection, it also offers security features including scanning and signature capabilities. three. Because of the restricted constraints, it's crucial to double-check that all requirements are met while utilizing the word search feature. Regretfully, it is not feasible to compile a list of terms to omit while using Discovery mode. Still, it would be helpful if VisibelThread could provide that functionality. Moreover, it would be beneficial if the service could accommodate other languages, increasing its usability and accessibility. Overall, I have not encountered any major problems using this service, and it is user-friendly. I don't really dislike anything about it because it does its job well. All documents are automatically analyzed by the platform, removing the need for manual analysis. Additionally, it makes it possible to create RFPs with an effective and safe compliance matrix. Because it takes a lot less time than standard tools, this feature proves to be especially helpful. It's crucial to remember that although the final document could still need to be edited and revised, the software expedites the procedure and reduces the amount of time spent on compliance matrices overall. It is not possible to make a list of words that can be ignored in Discovery mode. If you can feed VisibelThread with a list of word that can be ignored (words like "the", "an", "it", "of", etc. It would be good to support additional languages. We use ViisbleThread in tenders to ensure the offering documents include the right language for the customer, have a consistent structure and are easy to read and understand. In a customer situation it was estimated that analyzing the doc's without VisibleThread would take 128 hours in total with 4 persons.
