Being new to the website scene, that gives encouragement to get back to completing the tasks that it has suggested for the improvement of AI visibility. I’ve found that Traditional Chinese isn’t currently supported. So for the generated content, I sometimes need to translate it back into Traditional Chinese before pasting it. Visby is very easy to setup and configure even if you are completely new to using tools like it. It provides clear, actionable insights, and provides a painless process to link up with other tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing. The user interface provides both a light and dark mode that are easy to read and understand your analytics and rankings. Where it really shines and the primary reason for using it, is to evaluate how your site and brand rank and compare to competitor brands in the realm of AI Answer Engine results. With just a little bit of tweaking and refining which were valid competitors, I was able to assess that the first brand I tested out was already ranking substantially higher than its competition. Through continued use and refinement, and following through on the recommended actionable steps, I can see Visby will be an essential tool to maintain and even grow such an advantage. During the initial onboarding and testing phase, I liked how it prompted me to enter the brand info and then it would scrape and generate suggested project information that will guide the rest of the process. However, it was not perfect and required a bit of manual adjustment and re-working because it miscategorized the brand and mistook several other brands and high profile websites as competitors when they are not. Granted, the particular brand and website I was testing does fall into a very narrow niche industry, so some of that was to be expected. However, if I were to have used the suggested data strictly as suggested and only went with the competitors it had suggested, then my data and analysis would have been way off and unhelpful. But as I said, I intentionally was testing with one of my brands that is more of a specific niche, so I don't fault Visby for not getting it 100% accurately, especially on the first try. As for the competitors that it suggested, again, I think because it was evaluating things on a much broader and more general level, that is why it was picking up other sites that really should have not had anything to do with it. But this is also where it is up to the end-user to already have a solid understanding of the brand and project, so that they can recognize misidentification issues like this and then refine the results to provide more reliable and useful reports.

One other area that we seemed to notice an issue is that there is a "Reviews" section, but it does not seem to recognize or show any of our known public reviews, such as Google Reviews. Perhaps we are just misunderstanding the intention, but we would assume this feature will detect mentions of the brand in various public review sites (like the aforementioned Google Reviews) and then implement those into how it tracks and analyzes the data. However, we see zero results in our Reviews area and no other indication of anything else that we should or can do to point it towards review pages or link it to anything. The onboarding assumes your site is crawlable, and mine wasn't — Cloudflare protection meant Visby couldn't scrape my brand information automatically, so I had to fill in the brand book manually. Not a dealbreaker, and the manual process was straightforward, but worth knowing going in. I'd also like to see more prompt volume on the lower tiers — 15 tracked prompts on Tier 2 fills up quickly once you start thinking strategically about your niche. I love how easy it is to get onboarded and start using right away. So far, my favorite feature (besides the obvious AI mention insights) is the task Kanban system.
