What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?

I use Virtuous CRM+ for entry and data reporting and I appreciate how it allows for faster import and connectivity. I like the automation features, which help with assignment and communication preferences. It assigns donors to gift officers, aligning with our business rules and ensuring the proper communication is sent out to donors, whether it's digital or mail.
