**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

By far, this is the most comprehensive CRM we’ve found for pulling together all of our different projects and donors, while also giving us a clear, high-level overview of their giving and their propensity to give more.

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

Loading times across different screens have increased significantly over the time we’ve been using the product. It can also be very difficult to figure out the right way to build a query or set up an automation that returns the information you’re actually looking for.

**What problems is Virtuous CRM+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a cleaner, more consistent view of all our donors and helps us see where they may have dropped off. It also lets us make changes within our system without breaking the website.

**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

Relatively customizable data inputs and query tools

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

WAY too much focus on AI. For tools like data matching we can't adjust the importance of some criteria over others, nor can we adjust the overall sensitivity. There needs to be less focus on AI automated matching and more trust that the people using their database know their data - give people more control. Same with field mapping - why can't I update existing rows in custom collections without getting in the guts of the API? Give us the tools , we can handle them.

**What problems is Virtuous CRM+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it feels like Virtuous cares more about selling new AI rubbish than fixing our actual issues. There is no native way to bulk import non gift or contact data - why? That's critical to our use of the database, and without it our outreach capabilities are severely hobbles. We need to know who are using our services in other areas of the org so we can solicit and grow effectively.

**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

What I love is the interface is very user-friendly overall, but at the same time, very powerful. Their querying system and how detailed we can get in reports and specific data insights that we want to look at has the perfect balance between the two. It's allowed us to grow and scale, manage even more data while not being bogged down in spreadsheets, and pull reports when we need things quickly. Their team was very responsive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

I do think there are some basic just ways that they could shorten the click pad. Where you could be able to take action in the system more quickly. And I do think that there's some more organization in terms of adding folders and shortcuts throughout the platform. That could help you to stay organized as you're growing and have lots of reports, lots of automations, tags, and things like that.

I use Virtuous CRM+ to manage donor contacts and communications, dig deeper into donor data for insights, and make decisions to enhance relationships.

**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

I like Virtuous CRM+ because it's built on a modern platform that enhances our capability in reaching out to our donors and prospects. Its modern interface and the ability to connect to data via APIs are great because they allow us to extend our CRM platform with other subsystems, giving us a fuller picture of our donors. Our onboarding experience with Virtuous CRM+ was fantastic, thanks to the virtuous partner, Rooted, who did a great job of transferring our data to the new Virtuous platform.

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

We love a lot about it, but we really are looking forward to the updated version of the query tool. It gives us more advanced access to analyze and manipulate the data in the CRM.

Virtuous CRM+ enables our fundraising to move at a faster pace with innovation, modern interface, and API connectivity. It helps us reach donors effectively and integrate subsystems for a comprehensive donor view.

**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

I have seen improvements in Virtuous CRM+ and I can see that the developers are listening to user feedback. Support has improved. The new AI chat bot is much more helpful and has actually helped me solve some problems aside from just providing support articles. I’ve also been noticing faster response times when support tickets are submitted. These improvements have made me feel more confident about reaching out for help. I submitted a suggestion recently through the chatbot and the response summarized what I was trying to say perfectly. I also had a support ticket solved the same day, which was very rare in the past.

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

Tracking tribute gifts and pass through gifts could be improved. Also giving more information through the integration with Raise.

**What problems is Virtuous CRM+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Virtuous CRM+ for easy importing of scanned check batches and bundling gifts from integrations. Support has improved with a helpful AI chat bot and faster response times, making me more confident in reaching out for help.

**What do you like best about Virtuous CRM+?**

from a user ability standpoint, I appreciate how it breaks don’t portfolios up into organization groups, and I also like the simplicity of tagging accounts, although it can be cumbersome with how many tags you can attribute to a single account it is nice that they are flexible and there’s lots of bulk assignments you can do once a subset of accounts have been tagged

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

I struggle with the fact that  contact IDs do not live simultaneously on raise donors; for reporting purposes that can complicate things. I struggle with the fact that emails are built off individual IDs and not contact IDs. It makes reporting extra tricky when it comes to tagging at the contact level but then needing to add either the primary or secondary individual to the email list. The event feature in virtuous does not have a great integration with GoFundMe pro also, the GoFundMe pro integration does not have custom receipt, segmenting and or gift type segmenting, and it complicates things on, not only the donation process inside of things, but also when it comes to reporting out post event.

It helps us track the notes that our donor relations officers leave on accounts to report meaningful connections and interactions that we have with donors or perspective donors

I use Virtuous CRM+ for fundraising, and I find that it helps with time management and relationship building. Transitioning from Microsoft CRM 2011, it feels like moving into a more advanced era. I really appreciate its ease of access; it's easy to navigate the site and find the immediate information I need. I especially like the ability to communicate with my donors effectively and leave relevant information accessible for others. Additionally, I enjoy being able to build my own widgets to customize my experience. The initial setup was straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Virtuous CRM+?**

The query tool is a little difficult to work with. I don’t know if it could be any easier or better displayed.

Virtuous CRM+ helps me save time, manage timing, and build closer relationships. It allows easy access to donor information, facilitates seamless communication, and lets me create custom widgets for better insights.

I really appreciate the user interface. It is incredibly intuitive as someone coming into the nonprofit and fundraising world with a health background, I feel as though I could jump right in.

The issue I have had most frequently is with online giving and credit card transactions. Reconciliation reports not pulling and not being able to reach our support manager.

Virtuous is our one-stop shop for all things donor. I have felt like we could report our data in a very easy to read and understandable way for our board and residents.

It’s overwhelming learning all that this CRM can do. It’s been tricky to map our data without any previous use or knowledge of the CRM.

I love how easy it is to understand what our data is telling us with Virtuous CRM+. I love the tools that help me find insights and answers to questions about trends we're seeing in our data.

I've been having some problems with the speed of Virtuous CRM+. Although it's getting a bit better recently, it's still an issue. Also, some of the automations we built stopped working, and we're having a hard time getting those going again. We're needing to come up with workarounds for things like receding and tag management, so we're eager to see the dependability improve.

I really like all of the automations and the very impactful queries that let us report on a lot of different object codes and fields. It helps us reduce work time, create data consistency, and improve stewardship opportunities for our donors. The initial setup was really easy because we had a really good implementation manager.

I would really love to query on tasks or have a report to better report on major gift officer performance in relationship to their tasks.

Sometimes the data I want to query feels limited, because I have to choose either gift or contact, and that restricts the data output I can get.

The queries are a bit disruptive, like having issues in the middle of some automated process. The initial setup was not easy at all, and it was quite frustrating.

There’s not any specific thing I dislike. It does not have an “education/alumni” component built in but we are using a custom collection.

Virtuous is easy to use and offers several incredibly powerful tools for data management and analysis

My only pain points around Virtuous are response times from their support team. I understand that they are working on scaling these teams and improving these response times, but they are on the slower end in my experiences.

Virtuous has made holistically viewing everything about our donors very easy. They also have provided tooling to make reporting our giving data painless for everyone on our team.

There is very little customization as to what can be shown on both the dashboard, and within the searches and queries

It presents the data in a clean, customizable way, making it easy to view and adjust to my needs.

It takes a bit of a learning curve to use it to its full potential. I still run into occasional performance issues, even after the system was improved. The Standard Reports also aren’t very good.

We can easily sort and connect data to our Gift Officers, and we’re able to keep our data clean using its Data Health and Bulk Import tools.

the connection between Virtuous CRM+ with other software such as Raise helps deliver a comprehensive view of our data and strategy to streamline supporting, keeping l of our information in one place.

The lack of ability to embed videos within emails, conformation emails,  etc. Having videos connected to vimeo and youtube is a complaint from customers.

It is very user friendly, even for non-tech saavy. The tools work quickly and can allow for many users to query and gain quick insights

Not having multiple pass through gifts is frustrating because we cannot accurately steward our donors with the automations we have created.

Automated tasks and donor journeys through the organization are fantastic for keeping gift officers on track to contact the right people at the right time.

Very little to dislike. When we encounter a problem, the staff are quick to respond.

I like the automation features, which help with assignment and communication preferences. It assigns donors to gift officers, aligning with our business rules and ensuring the proper communication is sent out to donors, whether it's digital or mail.

It has great integration thus, it acts as an all-in-one tool for email marketing, event tracking and reporting.

The customer support team is not very responsive. But other features are on top notch.

Without this tool managing fundraising campaigns is hard, messy and inefficient. This tool has great advantages as it has in built email marketing, landing forms and also offers campaign tracking all from one place.
