I was able to let VirtualSpirits handle simple conversation and initial frequently asked questions. It helped me for handling more sophisticated customer queries. VirtualSpirits customization was very much an issue since there were barely many choices to make. One of the main issues I faced was difficulty in managing the interactions of the chatbot in order to provide the company’s brand tone and message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is VirtualSpirits solving and how is that benefiting you? VirtualSpirits did serve to provide a solution to the initial flood of basic customer queries that would otherwise have diverted my attention from more complex problems. Initial dialog templates in VirtualSpirits were useful in handling most customer queries and ease of creating a new conversation flow or structure using the drag-and-drop feature.
