"Not the best solution for Chats" 2.5/5 What do you like best about VirtualSpirits? Honestly, I can't find anything outstanding to write here, even the UI and loading components of the main website of the tool are ugly and outdated, maybe the price of 9$ at the point when I was trying to implement can be a little bit juicy, but honestly, I don't see even that amount of value here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VirtualSpirits? while they claim to be an AI tool, it feels more primitive, as I can set flow which will not be adaptive, I don't see how they handle the edge cases, no demo, and no proper setup instructions, On every page you can read "If you struggle contact to support", I mean at least I need to know how to start to be able to struggle. For example, there is an option that I can give the link to someone, but that functionality cannot be used without contacting the support, I don't know why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I needed it to help setup my friends instagram page, which is meant to generate traffic for his photo studio, he has been suggested by someone to use this tool, but it didn't solve the problem as expected as the quality is not on the point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
