VirtualSpeech is an AI practice platform for workplace communication. Managers and teams rehearse feedback, performance and difficult conversations with AI characters that respond and push back, present to virtual audiences, and work through real situations with Hugh, the AI coach. After every roleplay or speech, learners get a scored report against named criteria and a debrief on what to do differently. Skills analytics show progress by individual, team and department, giving L&D evidence that behavior changed. Organizations roll it out as programs, starting with ready-made pathways such as Manager Essentials or with custom roleplays built around their own policies and people. The platform supports SSO, LMS integration via API and practice in 20+ languages, and runs in the browser, on tablets and in VR. Since 2016, VirtualSpeech has been used by organizations and universities in 130+ countries, including Deloitte, Deutsche Telekom, Bayer and IE Business School.
