I like that I am able to clock in and out from my cell phone when I am working away from office. I don't have to keep track of my hours. With everyone working from home past few months this has been amazing in keeping track of hours no more guessing or having to track down hours from employees. Recommendations to others considering Virtual TimeClock: The best part is your able to track employee hours when they are working from home as this is now how many people are working. I no longer have to turn in my hours worked outside of the office and then wait for them to be approved and get separate check for those hours. All hours worked are paid on time and on the same check. No loner have to say this was over time this was regular it has been a huge help as I also know I am being paid correctly. I was able to download it and start using it. I really love that I can customize it to not allow employees to clock in too early too late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you? It can calculate PTO accrual so I don't not have to manually do it any longer. I also love all the admin features that it offers. I am able to hide the clock in and clock out times so any "time clock police" can't see other employees in or our time that day. It has taken care of the issue I was having with employees clocking in too early and eating breakfast on the clock. What problems is Virtual TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you? It has allowed us to cut back on overtime as employees are now able to keep track of hours easily. If employee forgets to clock in our out it is very easy to login and fix. Saves time in many ways with this from adding new employees to system no paper for time card. Fast to punch in and out, easy to use, easy to setup, easy to get reports from. Very user friendly software that doesn't require any PHD to use from the employee end to the managers! What do you dislike about Virtual TimeClock? I can only think of one downside and it is the difficulty of updating the old version of the software. It was solved on the newest version, though.
