The team are super supportive, always listening to our needs, and quickly providing solutions that suprise us. We particularly like the feature flexibility, multiple use cases it allows us to access, reach and range to enable us to provide high quality, interactive events for large audiences. We've had great experiences with fairs, webinars, company dates, onboarding, and building 3d virtual buildings to life for digital event purposes. **What do you dislike about Virtual Days?** No known downsides to date, we're in discussions regarding furthering the mobile capacity, and integration of data to our own CRM which would be very helpful. **What problems is Virtual Days solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to serve large audiences on multiple devices, offering experiences that are wide ranging. ### 2. The team have always been available around the clock for us when running our events offering exceptional service and ensuring smooth delivery of the software and service in general. As well as that, the technology has always been leading in the sector which is one of the reasons we went with virtual days. The team are also continually bringing in updates to us to offer improvements and new opportunities to our own customer base. Virtual Days offer professional support and an everevolving platform with add-ons for both big events and webinars. **What do you dislike about Virtual Days?** Post pandemic, we see an increase in demand for physical events, but since we cannot visit all cities, virtual events are still extremely cost-effective, environmental friendly and accessible. Further allows candidates to easily attend regardless of geographical/logistical/time requriements, where talent aquistions teams engage successfully with making high level of hires. **What do you dislike about Virtual Days?** Although the platform can be integrated into external ATS platforms and does offer a basic leve of filtering, it would still be good to have built in more ATS type search features including parsing CV's for abiltiy to filter more specifically into full candidate profile. **What problems is Virtual Days solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping make cost effective multiple hiring for client projects. ### 7. We see higher conversion rates from digital events vs physical. It is also aligned with our EDG policies to reduce travel emissions. ### 11. I really like the matching functionality between visitors and exhibithors and that everything is measurabel. It's also easy to monetize the events while saving money and the planet. Great support as well! **What do you dislike about Virtual Days?** I miss a chatbot for the really large events, but I heard that it's in the making. **What problems is Virtual Days solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtual Days help us to deliver great virtual and hybrid events.
