Our company runs an annual conference called Integrate. Before the pandemic, it took place live in London. Since the pandemic, we have used the Hubilo platform for remote-only (during the pandemic) and hybrid conferences(2022). We received good feedback from the organizing team, speakers, and attendees. In general, we are quite happy with the platform, and we have seen several improvements over the years. The only feedback I can think of is the lack of a Picture in Picture view for online attendees who follow the conference in London. The Hubilo platform was awesome in all aspects. They provide interactivity and the full set of features we needed to organise a full-featured virtual event. At Hubilo, it's a DIY platform so it's easier to manage the entire event. Starting from setting up to registration or managing the day of the event it was a smooth experience with the support from support team. The main event execution was fantastic and customization to use our domain was awesome. The site was very professional-looking, easy to navigate, and had different engagement options. The Dashboard was very easy to get around and set up the event, add attendees, add sessions and send customized emails. Being a very small team running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it!
