Stay away. I had my fair share of experiences to finally know that these guys are not honest. The first incident was when I used their service to forward a phone. I didn't insure the shipment. The shipment came with an empty and damaged box. Not just damaged. The phone box was cut in half and the phone was taken. I took responsibility as I didn't insure it. I thought its an isolated incident. The second incident happened when it was time for me to ship another phone. They lost the package again and it was not insured. So at this point, I started insuring all my packages with them. Then I never lost any packages with them. It looks like VPM is stealing packages intentionally if you don't insure your package and say "we can't do anything since you didn't insure" And On December 21, 2021, I placed an international shipment of orders valued at $1099. I paid shipping fees + and the insurance charge for the shipment. The package was lost in transit. The package stopped moving after "released from customs" So after months, today 4th May 2022. They say USPS provided only $243 as compensation and attached USPS reasoning. According to USPS mail, the package I paid for to be insured wasn't insured fully and therefore they cannot provide full insured value. **What problems is Virtual Post Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** If they were reliable, they would have unlocked US market for us. ### 8.
