Aareas Virtual Design Center is an award-winning, photorealistic 3D home finishes visualizer and configurator built for home builders, condo developers, manufacturers, and their marketing partners. It replaces or complements the traditional physical design center by giving homebuyers the power to browse, select, and visualize every finish, upgrade, and color package online or in the design studio — on any device. Buyers can explore thousands of options including cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors, and structural upgrades in a fully immersive 3D environment. A built-in smart rules engine ensures only compatible combinations can be selected, eliminating costly design errors before construction begins. Real-time pricing and mortgage impact calculations update with every selection, keeping buyers informed and confident throughout the process. Available in four tiers — VDC Packages, VDC Play, VDC Pro, and VDC Virtual Reality — the platform scales from static color packages to fully interactive VR experiences. VDC Pro integrates with DocuSign, credit card processors, and leading CRM platforms, enabling buyers to finalize selections, sign contracts, and make deposits without leaving the platform. Builders using Aareas VDC report up to 300–500% increases in upgrade sales, 42% higher click-through rates, and significantly reduced design appointment times. With 35 years of proven experience, Aareas Interactive is a trusted PropTech partner for leading builders and developers across North America.
