I like that it is fairly easy for those I send messages to to unencrypt and view them securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the Zendesk integration was a little better. Sometimes when I try to submit I get the black dot and it will not finalize/submit. I have to refresh and lose my message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the recent improvements has allowed CC'd people to read secure messages. That has been a huge plus. The main thing this allows is me to send HIPAA secure information to the intended recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtru Secure Share?

It was easy to use and integrated nicely into our email software. It felt secure and did not introduce any unwelcome complications to the data transfer process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?

There were a few additional boxes that had to be clicked to send the email. The password scan feature was a bit clunky and chains for which passwords were detected always created a popup, even when I had previously clicked through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtru Secure Share?

I like the ability to be able to share encrypted files with vendors securely by adding expiration dates and watermarking for confidential files.

SSO functionality and setup should be able to be configured by our admins.

So far nothing that I dislike but looking forward for more functionality being added Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using virtu to replace kiteworks because we are leaning towards Google workspace from Microsoft and we needed a secure file share and encryption tool and virtru was just perfect for what we needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtru Secure Share?

I use Virtru Secure Share to share IEP drafts and other sensitive documents with my families of students I work with. It is very easy to set up and not that hard for those who receive a document to then unencrypt and view it. I appreciate that Virtru helps me do my job in a safe and secure way! I also like that it allows you to see who has viewed the files too. Then I know if I need to give it more time or a reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
