For the particular use case, the Virtru Secure Share is convenient for those users who are accustomed to a separate interface to load and secure content. With the Virtru secure share, users are able to load larger files up to 15 GB of data. What is very nifty is the ability to do company branding and logos, and audit and add security controls. The Virtru Secure Share is fairly simple to use, and the interface is self-explanatory. It is rare that users have to send a file larger than 15 GB. With that said, maybe an expansion is the size of the files sent. I have not seen a receipt of record forwarded to the user's email to indicate when a file has been opened. However, that audit is available in the admin console. While there may be areas for improvement, in its existing state, it is very, very user-friendly and easy to use. The nature of our business is Threat Intelligence collection and dissimiantion for private sources and deep and dark web. That said, we have uses cases where this data needs to be sent to users with more security such as audit controls, expiration data of receipt, and in a majority of cases sending files larger than 5GB but rarely exceeding 15 GB. I like that I can copy a link and email it to my clients, and I have heard from the client side that it is easy to use. I really like that I get a notification email when a client shares documents with me through Secure Share. I have also included my Secure Share link in my email signature, which saves time when a client wants to send me secure information. I also appreciate the history of shared items in Virtru Secure Share, where I can see what has been shared in the past. There was essentially no implementation time with Virtru Secure Share either.
