I've had a few external recipients mention that they were confused the first time they tried to open a secure message. Making that initial access process a little clearer or more intuitive would really help improve the experience. One thing I’d really like to see is a better dashboard or summary view — something that shows which messages have been read, which ones still need a reply, and overall where things stand. It would also be helpful to have a “Drafts” folder or holding space for messages I’ve started but haven’t finished, or ones I still need to respond to. Right now, if I get logged out after clicking a secure link, I have to go back and search for the original email just to re-access the thread. We have Virtru integrated into our email, which has been really easy to use and helps us to send files securely on a regular basis. We had an issue sending large files due to our email provider's limit, however, we came across Virtru Secure Share. This was a great find, as it allowed us to send large files easily and securely. It was really easy to use and lets us know when the message has been opened. We can also add watermarking, set an expiration date and add persistent protection. These features have been very useful and have helped us to manage our information better. It also allows for messages with large files to be sent to us securely, so it helps in that aspect as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share? One think we noticed was that if you used Persistent File Protection, your files would be converted to HTML. This did cause some issues for us and we no longer use this option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you? It has allowed us to send large files (40MB +) in a secure way. Before we would have to break these files up and send them in parts by email using the Virtru add-on. However, that was not always possible and this solves the problem of sending large files in one email. This helps us with our compliance to data security and data protection. I like the added functionality it provides compared to other file sharing solutions I have used. Specifically the water marking, ability to add multiple emails that can access a file, and the persistent file protection. I also really like that I am sent a notification when a customer accesses the files. I have had issue with uploading large files with certain services in the past, but virtru handles large files pretty well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I have learned that customers utilizing a shared email, like an accounts payable company email or a product team email, are unable to use Virtru because they cannot go through the steps to verify the email. We send customer very sensitive, private information with the service. Files we cant risk simply attaching to an email.
