It gives me the ability to share information that contains confidential information with others that need to know the information. This makes the process of receiving confidential information easier and faster than having to wait for information to come via fax or mail. What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share? Virtru has vanished off of my laptop on multiple occasions. I have had to take my laptop to the IT department to add it back on. As a special education teacher, it is imperative that my emails be secure and free from scams and hackers. Student information is processed on a minute-by-minute basis, exposing our students to cyberharm and their personal information. Having Virtru's security relieves some of the stress that comes with confidential work. Other features that set Virtru above competitors include its easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. I have not used the AI yet, but as I become more familiar with it, I'm sure it will be an asset as well. Other colleagues have used the AI and responded to its intelligent nature. The performance is amazing, and with reasonably affordable pricing, it integrates well into our system of operation. I like how easy Virtru Secure Share is to use, and it resolves the problem of safely sharing confidential info via email, making it easy for me. It seems to work pretty fast and makes it easy for the receiver to open the documents. The initial setup was pretty easy as well, and it's nice that I can log in with my Gmail account. Virtru is beginner friendly tool to share secrets securely. It gives me a straightforward way to share credentials so that only an authorized user can access them. Overall, the features are good, but there’s one specific thing I didn’t like: we can’t share all types of files directly on it. For example, with .pem files, it first converts them to a .tdf file. I like that it's pretty streamlined to send the file quickly, especially with the Chrome extension for Gmail. That's especially a nice touch. The integration with Gmail makes it so simple to compose a new message in a way that I'm already familiar with and can easily do quickly. And then just with a simple checkbox, I can make it an encrypted message using Virtru. For me, it's really quick.
