I like that I can send messages with Virtru Secure Share and they are locked for student info, which makes it secure when handling student-specific data. What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share? I don't like having to log into the platform to read every email, it is annoying. I'd like it if somehow personal laptops could automatically log in, so when I click unlock email it just appears rather than having to type in my email and password. I really like the feature that lets you add the Secure Share outbox to your email signature. It’s been an invaluable tool for us when collecting patient medical records and other sensitive data. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to tell when I have unread messages, and messages also occasionally duplicate themselves. I like that I can control the expiration date of any files I share with a recipients. That feature is very useful when I want to share a file that contains sensitive information and requires limited access. For example, sharing a doc that has payment details can be shared quickly and its great to know after 1min or 5 min, access to the file will lock. I also love that I can easily access Virtu on Zendesk! It's very easy to use Virtu and understand what is happening in each step. Sometimes there is a loop after setting an expiration date. Which causes me to restart the sharing process. Other times, there is a slight delay in the file appearing in my Zendesk Comms view after I click "Submit" in the Virtu ZD app/plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Virtu solves the problem of lack of encryption when sending client's insurance details, EOBs, and invoices that are HIPAA Complaint. Virtu allows us to do that now. Additionally, having a tool that boost confidence in the security of messaging benefits both the company and the message recipients. It also give a more professional appearance and attention. I appreciate Virtru Secure Share for making it much easier to send reports and member level files to health plans. I find its integration with Gmail particularly useful, as it streamlines my workflow and enhances productivity. The simplicity of the setup process is another highlight for me, although there are some add-ins that may cause minor hiccups. There were some other add-ins that could cause hiccups, making the setup process less smooth. Additionally, the user interface could be better designed as it feels a little clunky. I send a lot of confidential information out, with Virtru I can securely send and receive private information. The only "negative" feedback I receive from my clients is the extra step they must take in order to view an attachment sent through Virtru but I remind they it is all for security purpose.
