It does not allow you to resend, it's pretty limited. It requires you to do the email confirmation each time you send something. Recipient experience is not as easy. I like the concept and idea of it, but it's implementation is poor and I've found it frustrating to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share? It's difficult to understand when used in Zendesk, it's ease of use could be better as it's hard to tell providers that they will receive a seperate email with the passcode to open their file. I don't think they understand the process. It doesn't always work and I have to resend files multiple times. It needs to be more easily integrated into Zendesk, because it's kind of a mess as it is right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
