I have had to take my laptop to the IT department to add it back on. I was able to add it back on the last time this occurred. Student information is processed on a minute-by-minute basis, exposing our students to cyberharm and their personal information. Having Virtru's security relieves some of the stress that comes with confidential work. Other features that set Virtru above competitors include its easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface. I have not used the AI yet, but as I become more familiar with it, I'm sure it will be an asset as well. Other colleagues have used the AI and responded to its intelligent nature. The performance is amazing, and with reasonably affordable pricing, it integrates well into our system of operation. We had an issue sending large files due to our email provider's limit, however, we came across Virtru Secure Share. This was a great find, as it allowed us to send large files easily and securely. It was really easy to use and lets us know when the message has been opened. We can also add watermarking, set an expiration date and add persistent protection. These features have been very useful and have helped us to manage our information better. It also allows for messages with large files to be sent to us securely, so it helps in that aspect as well. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** One think we noticed was that if you used Persistent File Protection, your files would be converted to HTML. This did cause some issues for us and we no longer use this option. **What problems is Virtru Secure Share solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed us to send large files (40MB +) in a secure way. Before we would have to break these files up and send them in parts by email using the Virtru add-on. With the Virtru secure share, users are able to load larger files up to 15 GB of data. What is very nifty is the ability to do company branding and logos, and audit and add security controls. The ability to add controls is adorable. Ease of use for adding content. **What do you dislike about Virtru Secure Share?** The Virtru Secure Share is fairly simple to use, and the interface is self-explanatory. It is rare that users have to send a file larger than 15 GB. With that said, maybe an expansion is the size of the files sent. I have not seen a receipt of record forwarded to the user's email to indicate when a file has been opened. However, that audit is available in the admin console.
