Virtru has always helped us as a practice keep our patient's records safe and secure. As we send over any records, the detailed instructions given to patients to access there records help them feel at ease anytime we send anything over email. I love the confidentiality Virtru provides. I am a SpEd Secretary and constantly need to communicate confidential material to other teachers, school district employees, and parents. Virtru can be trusted and it is very easy to install and use with confidence. It's a great service to use when it comes to safeguarding students sensitive data. I feel good that there is a system I can trust and is easy to use to share this data. I hate to think about being the reason sensitive data getting into the wrong hands. The thing I dislike about Virtru is getting pushback from teachers that opening a Virtru encrypted email is difficult. In the majority of these situations teachers have not taken the 5 minutes to learn the system. It literally takes only a few minutes to learn Virtru and only a few extra seconds to open a secure email.

I use Virtru Email Encryption to send medical information to patients, and it solves the confidentiality problem for me. What I like most about it is that it is easy to use. I love knowing that my patients are safe when we send emails with PHI in them. A necessary step in the field, sending out referrals can be dangerous when sent unguarded. Virtru helps to keep my patient's information private. Just install the extension, and it's like a part of your every day without feeling like an extra step. I like that with Virtru Email Encryption, only the intended receiver has access to the emails, which makes the communication more secure.
