All they have to do is click a toggle button to protect what they are sending. Other tools required that the user remember a particular hash tag for the traffic to be protected. I also find it helpful that the tool can identify and protect sensitive information that the user may have forgotten to protect. **What do you dislike about Virtru Email Encryption?** There are limitations on Virtru's current ability to identify sensitive traffic. I recently had an issue with Virtru when I did not have it in my emails when composing an email and also had an issue where I had an unknown error message which kept me from having to review my emails. For a remote team that utilizes multiple browser apps, it seems that the Virtru for Drive could be disconnected. Also, at times filters are too aggressive and detect CC numbers in links that don't exist. They also auto-encrypt emails even when the word "password" is used but no password is included. It doesn't have the often standard downloading of a file to open, along with a separate login. **What do you dislike about Virtru Email Encryption?** I dislike that sometimes after pressing Send and getting a completion status, Virtru will then tell me it could not be sent. At times, it takes ownership of my email account in doing so, and I lose the email I may have been reading or writing without warning. If you are busy, you may lose track of those emails and then pay the price. 2. I dislike that if I leave open an attachment from a Virtru email for too long, it logs me out of Virtru entirely and I have to log back in. 3. It is so simple that the explanation takes one line after it is setup. And i have yet to have an external customer call me up needing to have their end explained. **What do you dislike about Virtru Email Encryption?** One the phone there is a seperate Virtru Email app, which makes sense as the iphone is limited and you cant put an Add-in on a iPhone APP.
