Sometimes Virtu will pick up an item and encrypt an email that I didn't want to encrypt due to the client not being able to open it on their end. It makes our jobs harder. **What do you dislike about Virtru Email Encryption?** Lots of errors! It freezes a lot, links dont send properly, attachments will send as flat images vs links. It constantly logs me out and with the amount of volume we do, it needs to run smoothly. Customers have issues opening our Virtu links as well. Only about 50% of our messages can actually be retrieved without issue. Your client must have Gmail and Chrome for this solution to be user friendly. Otherwise you need to do pin logins every time and more times than not this will not work. Group emails and distribution lists aren't supported nor is Firefox. The sales reps and account managers do not help the situation and are unresponsive. Very well thought-out user experience and outstanding ease of use. **What do you dislike about Virtru Email Encryption?** As of 1/27/2017, it appears that Virtru is not maintained. After online subscription cancellation failed ("contact support"), I tried to contact them 4 different times, still no response in 4 days. I had to cancel my credit card, this was the only way to stop thing thing from billing me. Now to the reason I cancelled, I really loved the app when saw it a year ago, and subscribed just in case, without apparent need.
