The ability to link the RTF process with our annual evaluation process was also a game changer. **What do you dislike about viRTF?** There was more customization required than we expected going in, but, again, vi was great about working with us on that customization without any additional charge, and we were very pleased with the result. As I understand it, the work vi did to customize the product for us will result in more out-of-the-box options for future users. **What problems is viRTF solving and how is that benefiting you?** viRTF had helped us address stale feedback for attorneys, giving the attorneys much greater ability to use that feedback to improve and grow professionally. viRTF automated processes that were previously very manual.
