Virima works with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, HaloITSM, Xurrent, Hornbill, and TeamDynamix, adding accurate configuration data to the ITSM tool you already use rather than replacing it. Virima offers two plans. Business Pro is $395/month or $4,740/year and includes 2,000 assets, expandable up to 6,000 by request, along with agentless and agent-based scanning, native CMDB, ViVID™ Service Mapping, IT asset management, vulnerability insights, and Standard support with a one-business-day response. Environments above 6,000 assets move to Enterprise, which is custom-quoted. Virima is SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and 27017:2015 certified.
