**What do you like best about Virgo by Access?**

Very simple and easy to use - no frills and bells and whistles, just does the job that we paid for and does it well.  Easy to implement and change management was a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Virgo by Access?**

The scanning and digital transformation was not the best, we used that solution and was not well adopted at first...but the records management was the big winner for us!

**What problems is Virgo by Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a records management solution due to having documents all over our organization - this streamlined and centralized the repository of these critical documents
