It answers every website chat and phone call around the clock, then finishes the job: it books the appointment against live availability, takes the order and sends a hosted invoice, so card numbers never touch Viravance. One agent handles chat and voice with a single set of knowledge about your business, and your team can watch conversations live and step in. Most automation is judged by what it saves. Viravance is judged by what it earns. Your dashboard shows the sales the front desk landed, the return on its monthly cost and, if you connect Square, Shopify, Stripe or PayPal, the share of your total sales it drove. We read your total only to compute that percentage; it is never stored or shown. Flat monthly plans from $300 include conversions and voice minutes, with published overage and unlimited team seats.
