They make the creation process fun and allow the creator a lot of flexibility to make their promotion stand out. Everything can be done in a day or less, and you can make changes even after your promotion is live. I'm still figuring it out, but I'm more and more impressed the farther I get in the process. **What do you dislike about ViralSweep?** Not much to dislike. There is a lot of customization and lots of help text to unblock you should a specific setting not make sense. **What problems is ViralSweep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an engaging system for bringing in leads that's simple to implement and integrates with our other marketing tools. ### 2. Once set up and active it worked efficiently and our members were able to submit photos into the gallery of their choice with no effort. This was the first year we used the ViralSweep platform and the support needed to get it set up and working to our satisfaction was superior, almost instantaneous response to questions about how to achieve our goals. Once set up, our contest worked smoothly. Some features of the program are exactly what we needed. For example, limiting photo submissions to only one per IP address. Same for the voting, only one vote per gallery from an IP address. **What do you dislike about ViralSweep?** Viral sweep is a very complex platform and for a first time user, it has a steep learning curve to get everything set up and working as desired. The photo contest required some workarounds to construct our five separate photo galleries with links to each one so they could submit photos. It would have been helpful after the voting on the photos was completed if the voter metadata were accessible on the "Moderate" page instead of having to match the metadata on the "Entrants" to the photos in the "Moderate" gallery. **What problems is ViralSweep solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our nonprofit organization has an annual conference with an associated photo contest. ViralSweep is being used for the first time to conduct our photo contest and pick winners who are awarded cash prizes. ### 3. Functional and does the job. People understand it and it's basic. **What do you dislike about ViralSweep?** The design and aesthetics need improvement. It could use a more modern feel with design-driven product decisions from form to function. **What problems is ViralSweep solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us gain qualified leads by way of the sweepstakes we run. Thanks to its complete and customizable forms, it allows us to expand our portfolio of potential customers, generating many more emails, using them for our email marketing. It has a free trial, which allowed us to get to know the software perfectly and encouraged us to buy it. **What do you dislike about ViralSweep?** The software is not very intuitive, so it took us a while to adapt to it, but, I guess it is due to its interface that seems to me not very navigable. I would like your analytics to be more in depth, to know exactly which contest had the most reach, the views it had, beyond the contestants that participated. When I try to upload an image for the contest format, it deforms it, no matter what dimensions I use to create it and it does not show up in preview but only once I download it. This has happened to me several times already. **Recommendations to others considering ViralSweep:** This software has been very useful for us, because we have been able to significantly increase the number of our followers on social networks, we have been able to increase the number of our sales per month and we have achieved greater loyalty of our followers with our brand, so we highly recommend it. This is a great software for all marketing departments of all companies, because it allows to reach a larger audience in social networks, allows the capture of potential customers and saves a lot of work and time to the entire team, increasing performance and generating more sales. **What problems is ViralSweep solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using this software for the creation of contests that we launch on our social networks, in order to create a wider audience and capture potential customers. All the contest management is very easy to use, with customizable forms that we adapt to our products and the type of contest. Free trial for 7 days, where we can get to know all the tools and useful features of this software. Complete and customizable forms for our contests, which also allows us to create a complete email database. Fraud detection contestants, manages to evaluate each participant and detect fraud in the requirements requested or the form filled. ### 5.
