We were constantly having users that would grab the wrong user from their most recents. Many did not want to disable the list but we had to stop the sending of information to the wrong recipients. It sometimes is slow to load so Outlook wants to disable it. While there is a method to prevent it, pushing that out to all the workstations isn't easy and monitoring it is nearly impossible. The only other issue is that you have to push out a new license code every year with renewal. It would be nice if this was managed differently to reduce the impact on IT.
