Working in education, sensitive information is always being communicated. Vipre has allowed for checks to be made allowing the right individuals are receiving the right information. After clicking on the “send” button in Outlook, if the recipient's address does not belong to your organization, software prompts you to re-check your recipients and include your attachments. Safesend will help users to avoid anything from a embarrassing moment to widespread disaster. Please: note if somebody wants do something really silly or ignore the warning pop ups they can but if somebody wants to do something crazy there isn't generally much that can stop them But normally for the majority it works really well.
