We were constantly having users that would grab the wrong user from their most recents. Many did not want to disable the list but we had to stop the sending of information to the wrong recipients. Slowing everyone down to make them check the external recipients has solved that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VIPRE SafeSend? It sometimes is slow to load so Outlook wants to disable it. While there is a method to prevent it, pushing that out to all the workstations isn't easy and monitoring it is nearly impossible. The only other issue is that you have to push out a new license code every year with renewal. It would be nice if this was managed differently to reduce the impact on IT. Using the safe email address, I can restrict where company-related emails and emails containing patient information are allowed to be sent to. We can add and remove email addresses from the list as needed. We can rest assured that we have another layer of protection and accountability for emails sent by the company's employees. The simplicity of the software and how easy it is to install and manage. Also the fact that you can brand the software with your company logo makes it that much more worth it. I can't really say that I dislike anything, maybe if it was a bit more robust but then that could border on making it a bit complicated. I believe the product is goof the way it is. My end users are constantly sending emails to the wrong receipient and then complaining that they are getting kick backs. With this software it just about eliminates the human error part of this and significantly cuts down on my workload, time better spent troubleshooting more complicated issues. The product is an easy to deploy across the workplace to end users. The administration is also very easy and once the tool is implemented, little additional administration is required.
