ViperJob is a quote, estimate and invoice app for UK tradespeople: builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators, gas engineers, handymen, locksmiths, cleaners and installers. Hold one button, describe the job, and ViperJob turns it into priced quote lines from your own price list, adds VAT and makes a branded PDF to send by WhatsApp, text or email. Customers can view and accept quotes online. Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one tap, take deposits and part payments, track late payments, and export to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, FreeAgent and Excel. 60 PDF templates with your logo and trade badges, job photos and customer signatures, a jobs map with mileage, and offline working. Data stays on the phone with automatic backup. Android app on Google Play (UK). Free plan: 3 quotes or jobs a month; ViperJob Pro: £12.99 a month or £119.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
