Vintti is a remote staffing agency that helps U.S. companies, startups, SMBs, and growing firms hire vetted professionals from Latin America. We’re more than a recruiting service, we’re a full Employee-as-a-Service partner that handles everything, from vetting candidates to managing payroll, equipment, onboarding, compliance, and local labor laws. We make building global teams overseas simple and scalable. Our clients hire in under 20 days and save up to 60% on employment costs. We help accounting & finance firms build high-performing teams with vetted Staff Accountants, Controllers, Bookkeepers, and AP/AR Specialists—all fluent in English and experienced with U.S. accounting standards, GAAP, and tools like QuickBooks and NetSuite. For healthcare organizations, we supply professionals like Medical Billers, Revenue Cycle Specialists, and Virtual Medical Assistants. These remote hires ensure operational efficiency while staying fully compliant with industry regulations. We match the fast-moving spirit of startups teams with remote talent that thrives in dynamic environments like Executive Assistants, SDRs, Customer Success Agents, and Operations Coordinators who bring adaptability, communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership. With Vintti, U.S. companies gain access to top professionals across Latin America, without the headaches of overseas employment.
