One of the biggest problems I've had with safety training platforms is making the training easily accessible on mobile jobsites, making it easy to upload in-house training, and technical issues with outdated software. For example, you can print a QR code sticker that explains how to inspect fire extinguishers and post it next to the extinguisher so anyone doing monthly inspections isn't guessing based on training that was six months ago. We place process documentation into Ving then place the URL into our ERP system so that our team members have access to the documentation on the floor. Changes can be made as needed and the information on the floor is always current. It works great for our needs and shows that Ving! can be used in applications 'outside the box'! We have been a Ving customer for one year. It is a much more effective way to arrange training for our new employees. It integrates with ADP so getting staff started is easy.
